On the day of your event, Nick’s Other Band will arrive—as a unit—in their private bus. They’ll bring an extensive set of professional-grade sound equipment that is customized to your needs and the size of the venue. (The band has a range of speakers and amplification to entertain large outdoor concert-style dances, wedding receptions of any size and kind, as well as intimate private parties.) “Loading in” and setting up equipment usually takes about ninety minutes, after which they’ll complete a sound-check playing a few tunes—usually before guests arrive. The band has dedicated microphones for any Public Address needs before or during the event.

When the moment arrives, your party will start fast with tunes that get folks out of their seats and on the dance floor. Keith has a knack for “reading” the crowd, and choosing tunes that play to the crowd’s mood and participation level throughout each set. And speaking of participation, you and your guests will be up “on stage” shaking maracas and tambourines, singing background (or lead!) vocals, and even standing in on guitar or keyboard if the spirit moves…. Keith, Scott, Phil, Nick, Chuck and Reed establish great rapport with audiences, ensuring that everyone has an experience of unforgettable good times and fun.
